Class 2 Summer Term 2017
Farming-Science
Our summer term topic is Farming
As part of our current learning about animals, Mr Ford kindly brought some five day old chicks into school. We were lucky enough to hold them, but we had to be very careful and gentle!
What an amazing experience. We loved every minute!

Tractor Visit
Mr Ford brought a new tractor to St Lucia's school for key stage one children to see! This was perfect to help us learn more as part of our Farming topic.
We got to sit in the cabin and pretended to drive the tractor which was great fun!
The back wheels measured around 150cm in height.
We saw the lights flash and heard the horn beep as the tractor drove away.
What a great experience for Class 1 and 2. Thank you Mr Ford!
