This afternoon, Class 3 used mud to create their own Forest Guardians on the trees around them. Everyone had a great afternoon, carefully creating the features of the face using natural items found outside, as well as sculpting mud to mould to the shape of eyes, noses and ears. Susie said “Forest Guardians are ovals of mud on trees made with leaves and twigs in the shape of a face. Everyone liked getting muddy, despite some people not wanting to get muddy at the start! Three of us put mud all over our own faces!”. There was certainly plenty of mud involved.
