Inspired by the story ‘Nothing’ by Mick Inkpen, children developed and created their own characters and favourite toys, before planning their very own narrative. The class really enjoyed getting creative with their ideas, as they followed the familiar sequence of the story, helping them to write one of their very own. Pupils then enjoyed reading sections of the story to the class.
